Missionary Scott Long from Mission E-4 • Feb. 24th • 10:30am

Scott Long Mission E-4

Scott Long will be with us to share the word at Word of Life Covenant Church on Sun., February 24th at our 10:30am Service.

Scott & his wife Tanya began Mission E-4 in 2005 after returning from 3 ½ years of full-time service in the country of Haiti. In Haiti they were responsible for the oversight of 19 elementary schools, a high school, 18 churches and a medical clinic.

They have lead about 70 short-term mission teams during their stay in Haiti and another 30 teams from 2005 to 2011.

Their main theme and call is to assist the local church in equipping God’s people for service, bringing a greater level of maturity to believers, and to bring unity to the Body of Christ at large.

Teen Challenge Choir • Sept. 16th at 10:30am

Teen Challenge Brockton

Come out Sunday, September 16th at 10:30am to hear the Teen Challenge Choir!

One of the most well-known and powerful ways Teen Challenge reaches out to area churches and the community at large is through our client choir. Each weekend the clients in our long-term program are welcomed in by local churches to share music and testimonies. This is an integral part of our client’s recovery, as they are given the opportunity to share what God has done in their lives. These visits are powerful and enriching to all who attend. Everyone will walk away with renewed hope to face their own challenges and struggles.

Our purpose is to encourage congregations by testifying about God’s healing power in the lives of our clients and to help others see that through Him, they too, can overcome their struggles.

“For nothing is impossible with God!” (Luke 1:37).

“…one of the most wonderful and stimulating demonstrations of the power of the Gospel I have ever witnessed. Bring tissues!”
-Rev. Norman A. Koop, Pastor, First Congregational Church of Woodstock VT

“They lead one of the most powerful worship services we have all year. Teen Challenge is making a huge difference in our community with their ministry of hope and healing with life-controlling problems. Invite them to your church. You’ll be glad you did.”
-Rev. Phil Hardwick, The Church of the Vine, Carver, MA

“Their testimonies and passion remind us that God is still in the business of transforming lives! What a blessing it has been for us to be a part of the work that God is doing at Teen Challenge.”
-Dr. John Lloyd, Christ Community Church, East Taunton, MA

“Having the Teen Challenge choir was such a blessing to our community. God’s presence was actually palpable as we worshiped together and listened to stories of transformed lives and hope filled testimonies.”
-Rob Reimer, Sr. Pastor, South Shore Community Church, Brockton, MA
